Red Arrow Real Estate comes from a dream. Owner Kristin Burkart had worked for other major real estate companies, but felt that her ideas for unique marketing, client service and a modern approach to real estate were missing in the current market. So, like most great businesses, Red Arrow started to form over some late night basement brainstorming … and some good ol’ Wisconsin craft beer, of course.
We maximize flexibility in the home buying or selling process, building off our experience and practice in the industry. Our customers feel comfortable we’re giving each individual the best care. When we start the process together, rest assured, we will handle the hard work — making room for you to relax and enjoy the process of buying or selling your home.
Buying or selling a home is a significant life event, and it shouldn’t be stressful. Red Arrow will provide a unique, hands-on experience for every customer. We focus on forming meaningful relationships with our customers, listening to individuals’ needs when working together. With this dedication to service, our clients enjoy one of the most exciting times in their lives — buying and selling a home is fun, after all!
So, why the name Red Arrow? Kristin wanted a name that not only had a personal meaning but also had a tie to the community. Kristin was a soldier in the “Red Arrow” 32nd Brigade for nine years. The 32nd Red Arrow Brigade is a legendary National Guard Brigade that played pivotal roles in both World Wars and even in the recent conflicts in the Middle East. The 32nd Brigade Memorial Highway (HWY 32) happens to run right through the heart of Ozaukee County, and along the southeastern shoreline of Lake Michigan. That is why there are red arrows beside the “32” on all the highway signs (you just had an ah-ha moment, didn’t’ you).
I have called Wisconsin home my whole life and have lived in Cedarburg for the past 10 years. I have an advertising degree from UWM and worked in that field until 2009 when I decided to work in real estate full time. My husband and I invest in rental properties so it was a natural switch, combining 2 things I know very well, marketing and homes.
Real estate transactions can be mine fields and I am an expert at navigating them. My goal is to get you to the other side unscathed, happy and safe. I know selling and buying a home can be scary, it can be emotional and it might also be your largest financial investment. My job is to take care of you and your needs so you can move forward with your dreams.
I’m a mom, a proud cop wife, an Iraq War Veteran and a die-hard Packer fan. My husband and I live in Cedarburg with our 2 daughters, elderly cat and crazy border collie-lab mix. When I’m not working I’m usually running with my dog, volunteering or planning our next getaway to the Upper Peninsula.
When working with Red Arrow Real Estate and me you can expect honesty, loyalty, a high level of communication and expertise and attention to detail. Selling or buying a home can be hard; we’re here to handle the hard stuff.
My lifelong love of real estate began many years ago while working in a management role at a small commercial firm. I loved getting to know tenants, helping them find locations to meet their needs, and the challenge of managing large projects. After a couple of years, I knew that as much as I loved the commercial side, residential real estate was much more my passion. I started to transition towards residential and received my real estate sales license in 2012.
I joined Red Arrow in 2016 and have enjoyed being a part of the company’s growth and development. Growing up in Ozaukee County and being a Cedarburg resident for the last 14 years has given me vast knowledge of our local communities and everything the offer to residents. Nothing brings me more joy than watching a deal come together for a client. I pride myself on treating others as I would want to be treated; with honesty and integrity, while working together to sell their current home or helping them purchase their dream home.
I was born and raised in Ozaukee county and have lived in the Village of Grafton for the past 23 years. I have a Bachelor of Art degree from UW-Milwaukee, studying all forms of visual art. Additionally, I graduated from MATC with an Associate’s Degree in Interior Design. I have worked within the interior design industry since 2010, working for well known companies as well as running my own design business. Additionally, I have worked in the beauty industry since 2000. What both of these industries have given me is a strong attention to detail and the ability to provide superior customer care.
My goal has always been to make someone feel more comfortable in their home. I believe that interior design and real estate are natural partners, and I would be there for every step of the process; from searching, to listing and staging, and even assisting you with finding the right people to help you care for your new home. Who you choose to allow into your home and guide you through such a major transition is a position where trust, integrity, and respect are of utmost importance at all times.
I have happily called Southeastern Wisconsin home my whole life. Growing up in Whitefish Bay- and having lived in many different communities in the area such as Bayside, Thiensville, Grafton, I found my permanent home in Port Washington with my husband, Tim, and our 3 daughters, Sophia, Josephine, and Isabelle.
I spent the last 18 years growing my customer service and entrepreneurship skills as a hairstylist. In 2009 I started my own business, Sara Goetz Hair Design, and i am proud to say it is still flourishing today! My drive for knowledge and need for adventure lead me to another path-Real Estate. Working in Real Estate has been lifelong dream and hobby that I have made into a reality. I am the ultimate people person and believe that the customer will always come first. I love being able to help people find their first home, their forever home, and guide them through their home sale. I have a special interest in guiding first time homebuyers who may think a home of their own wasn’t ever possible. With the right steps it truly can be a reality! In my free time you can find me watching soccer games, swimming at my family’s cottage, or fishing with my husband on the Milwaukee River.
